It’s that time again. Time to tell you about a day in the life of a farmer.
Today Brad woke up, looked out the window, then hopped back in bed. We finally had some moisture on the ground – the most moisture we’ve had since the 4th of July!
Corn stalks have to be reasonably dry to harvest, so other than doing some farming paperwork, Brad didn’t do much farming today. He did electrical work and electrical P.R. (i.e., He talked a lot with the building contractor.)
Two other interesting tidbits about his day: 1. He had a flat tire on the interstate. 2. We filled out our ballots for the November election tonight. So romantic.
