Dry Land Field During a Drought After Harvest
The following picture I had said was post harvest, but as I was “playing harvest” with Wyatt it hit me it was the wrong picture. It is taken from the combine before the dry land was harvested.
These pictures are from different fields if you’re wondering why the one looks like corn in the desert (below) and the other looks like corn in the wheat stubble (below). The corn in the desert doesn’t have the stubble because they planted corn there two years in a row, which works okay when you have some precipitation. This year the corn on corn typically yielded a lot less than the corn on wheat.
